Ambassador Wells Hosts Classical Piano Concerts

On March 18^th and 19^th, Ambassador Barry L. Wells hosted two classical piano concerts for government and diplomatic guests and the general public respectively. Ambassador Barry L Wells introduced Rudnytsky by saying,” Roman Rudnytsky is an internationally-known concert pianist whose frequent performances took him to over 90 countries”.  Participants included diplomats, musicians, bankers, the private sector, and the media.

The concert promoted U.S Cultural values through music and underlined the power of music in bring and connecting Americans and Gambians.  The concert received coverage on the radio stations and the story was carried in all the major newspapers. (view photo)
