ABSENTEE VOTING DAY- COME TO VOTE AT THE EMBASSY

American citizens are invited to come to the Embassy to watch tapes of the presidential and vice presidential debates and to cast their absentee ballots.  We will replay the tapes throughout the day.  If you have not received your ballot by this date you may wish to come in to cast a Federal Write-in Absentee Ballot which the Embassy will provide.  The Embassy will do a special mailing of ballots cast on this day.

After October 23, it will become more difficult to get your ballot in by your state deadline.  The Embassy encourages all registered American voters to use the Federal Write-In Absentee Ballot if the regular absentee ballot hasn’t been received by this date.

Americans should bring their US passports to gain access to the US Embassy.
